1. Respect for Intellectual Property
HalaThai ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid claims of infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

If you believe that content hosted on HalaThai infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information, including mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- The exact URL(s) or location of the infringing content on our platform, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).
3. Designated Contact for Claims

5. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which HalaThai may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send your counter-notification to support@halathai.com. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
HalaThai maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. If a user receives multiple valid copyright complaints, their account will be permanently terminated and they will be prohibited from creating new accounts on our platform.
7. User Content Responsibilities
Users of HalaThai are solely responsible for the content they upload, post, or otherwise make available through our platform. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and licenses to use and share the content.
- Your content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
