• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, including those that are:

• Fake or fraudulent
• Offensive or discriminatory
• Contain personal information
• Violate copyright or other rights
• Posted by business owners about their own business

6. Business Listings

Business information is provided by business owners and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or correct. Please verify critical information directly with businesses.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on HalaThai, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to valid copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Users who repeatedly upload infringing content will have their accounts permanently terminated.
