  • Your access runs from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, with last admission at 12:00 pm.
  • This pass has no reserved seat, but you have full use of the pool, bar and restaurant.
  • Late arrivals are refused entry and the ticket is not refunded.
  • Shuttle boats run every 20 minutes from 9:30 am, and the last one leaves the pier at 12:00 pm.
  • Boats depart from Royal Phuket Marina until 15 November 2026.
  • Morning sessions run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday until 15 November 2026.
  • Smart casual dress is required, and beer singlets, cut-off clothing or sportswear are refused at the door.
